VECTORAviation Services

Member Terms of Service

Effective September 7, 2026 · Version 2026.09.07.1

Using the Service after these Member Terms are presented to you is agreement to them and to the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. A paid membership is not complete unless you check the consent box at Stripe Checkout. Payment without that check does not bind you to a paid plan. Professional aviation services (management, instruction, contract pilot) are not sold here. Those require a separate signed agreement and are invoiced through Mercury.

1 · Account

You will keep your information accurate. You are responsible for every action taken with your credentials. Do not share a login. Do not upload another person’s passport, medical, or financial data unless that person authorized you and you are permitted by law to hold it.

2 · License

Subject to these terms and timely payment, Vector grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own Part 91 aircraft ownership and operation. You grant Vector a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service, including transmitting an eAPIS or similar manifest when you, as PIC or authorized filer, direct Vector to do so. Hangar posts are visible to other members.

3 · Advisory tools; you remain PIC

Weather and NOTAM views, weight and balance, performance estimates, customs checklists, eAPIS drafts, FBO notes, tax-purpose flags, and model-assisted parsing of logbooks are advisory. They can be wrong. They are not the AFM/POH, not an official briefing, and not Vector assuming operational control of your aircraft. You decide whether to fly. 14 CFR § 91.3 is not delegated. You must verify every AI output against source documents before you rely on it.

4 · International manifests

You represent that you are authorized to file, that traveler data is accurate, and that each traveler consented. Until Vector is an approved CBP transmitter, a Vector person files by hand from the data you entered. Vector does not guarantee clearance. You will indemnify Vector for claims arising from inaccurate or unauthorized manifest data you supplied, including claims arising from Vector’s own ordinary negligence in transmitting the data you supplied, but not from Vector’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5 · Plaid

If you connect a financial account through Plaid, you authorize Vector to receive transaction data to flag and attach expenses. Vector does not receive your bank password. Disconnect in the Service. Plaid’s own terms also apply. Vector does not sell your transactions and does not use them to underwrite credit.

6 · Apple Health

The Service does not read or write Apple Health data. An earlier iOS build offered an optional, read-only readiness card; it was removed on 2026-09-18. Nothing in the Service is a medical-device output, a fitness-to-fly decision, or an FAA medical examination.

7 · Fees, Stripe, and automatic renewal

Membership fees are charged through Stripe. Taxes may be added. The price, term (monthly or yearly), and next charge date shown at Stripe Checkout before you pay are the legally operative terms. This page does not set a dollar amount. Reciting a statute is not a substitute for that checkout screen.

If you select a renewing plan, you agree the membership is a service contract with an automatic-renewal provision. Unless you cancel, Stripe will charge the then-current fee for the same interval at the start of each renewal period.

THIS IS THE CLEAR AND CONSPICUOUS DISCLOSURE REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTES § 501.165: if your plan automatically renews for a period of more than one month, and that renewal would keep the contract in effect more than six months after you started, the contract renews unless you cancel. If you buy a plan with an initial term of 12 months or more that auto-renews for more than one month, Vector will send written or electronic notice no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days before the cancellation deadline, stating that the contract will renew unless you cancel and how to cancel. That notice is mailed to the address on the membership. Stripe’s own upcoming-invoice email is a courtesy and is not that notice.

You may cancel in the same manner you enrolled: Account › Membership › Billing (Stripe customer portal) or email support@vectorflightco.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Vector does not prorate except where required by law. Federal ROSCA: Vector obtains affirmative consent to the offer, including auto-renewal, before charging, by a required checkbox at checkout, and provides an online cancellation path.

Invoices for management, training, or contract-pilot work are issued separately through Mercury and are not membership auto-renewals.

8 · Acceptable use and termination

You will not scrape the Service, probe security, share logins, upload malware, use the Service to train a competing model, post unlawful Hangar content, or use the Service if you are on a U.S. sanctions list. Vector may suspend for non-payment, abuse, or legal or safety risk. You may terminate by deleting the account. Surviving sections: fees owed, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, law.

9 · Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Vector, its members, officers, and contractors against claims arising from your aircraft operations, content you upload, traveler data, eAPIS filings, your breach, or your violation of law, including claims arising in whole or in part from Vector’s own ordinary negligence, except claims caused by Vector’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. This sentence is intended to meet Florida’s requirement that an indemnity for the indemnitee’s own negligence be clear and unequivocal.

10 · Disclaimers and cap

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” VECTOR DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. VECTOR DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF THIRD-PARTY WEATHER, NOTAM, ADS-B, CUSTOMS, OR FINANCIAL FEEDS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST FLIGHT TIME, AIRCRAFT DOWNTIME, OR DATA LOSS. VECTOR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE MEMBER TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE MEMBERSHIP FEES YOU PAID TO VECTOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. The cap does not apply to Vector’s own willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to liability Florida law does not allow to be limited.

11 · App Store

If you download Vector Owner from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, except where these Member Terms control the membership. Membership is contracted with Vector Aviation Services, LLC, not with Apple, except where Apple’s rules require otherwise. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the Service, for maintenance or support, or for claims relating to the Licensed Application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation beyond a refund of the App Store purchase price of the Licensed Application, if any. Intellectual-property claims relating to the Licensed Application are Vector Aviation Services, LLC’s responsibility, not Apple’s. Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this Section and may enforce it against you.

12 · Law

Florida law governs, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue is the state courts of Manatee County, Florida, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, except where a mandatory consumer-protection statute of your residence (including a Canadian province) requires otherwise. These Member Terms, the Privacy Policy, and plan details at checkout are the entire agreement for the Service. A signed management, instruction, or contract-pilot agreement controls that engagement if it conflicts. Notices to Vector: 6800 SW 40th Street #497, Miami, FL 33155 and info@vectorflightco.com. Electronic signatures and clickwrap are valid under ESIGN and the Florida UETA.
