Effective July 14, 2026 · vectorflightco.com
This website, located at vectorflightco.com and any associated applications (collectively, the "Site"), and all of its contents, are the exclusive property of Vector Aviation Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Vector," "we," or "us"), or of Vector's licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
The contents protected include, without limitation: all text, copy, and written material; the visual design, layout, arrangement, "look and feel," and user interface; all source code, software, scripts, and application logic; all photographs, video, film, and audio; all logos, marks, icons, and illustrations; the flight-tracking map, tools, calculators, and data visualizations; and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of all of the foregoing, each of which constitutes a copyrightable work under 17 U.S.C. § 102 and a compilation under 17 U.S.C. § 103.
Vector reserves all rights not expressly granted. Under 17 U.S.C. § 106, Vector holds the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and prepare derivative works from the Site's content. No right, title, license, or interest in any content is transferred to you by your use of the Site.
The photographs and video on the Site are original works owned by Vector and depict real, identifiable individuals, including Vector's principals, clients, and crew, who appear with permission for use by Vector only. These images are among Vector's most sensitive and valuable assets.
You may not copy, download, screenshot, scrape, republish, redistribute, reproduce, adapt, or use any photograph or video from the Site, in whole or in part, for any purpose. This prohibition applies to commercial and non-commercial use alike, and to any use in any medium now known or later developed, including artificial-intelligence training or synthesis.
Under Florida Statutes § 540.08, no person's name, portrait, photograph, or other likeness may be published or used for any commercial or advertising purpose without the individual's express consent; unauthorized use exposes the user to injunctive relief, actual damages, a reasonable royalty, and punitive damages. Any unauthorized use of the individuals depicted on this Site — including copying an image of a Vector client, principal, or crew member and using it elsewhere — is a violation of the depicted individual's statutory right of publicity as well as an infringement of Vector's copyright, and Vector and the affected individuals reserve every available legal and equitable remedy.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
Vector grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site's publicly available pages in an ordinary web browser, for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use only. The members' application and any account areas are private, are restricted to authorized Vector clients, and may be accessed only with credentials issued by Vector and only by the authorized account holder.
Vector may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and may update these Terms, at any time without notice. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the change.
Except as expressly permitted above, you agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist any other person or automated system to:
These prohibitions are conditions of the limited license in Section 3. Violating them terminates your license automatically and renders your continued access unauthorized.
Vector respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same. If you believe that content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, to Vector's designated agent, including: (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Conversely, Vector will pursue takedown of its own copyrighted works, including its photographs and video, wherever they are used without authorization, and will send DMCA takedown notices to the infringing host, platform, or search engine.
"Vector Aviation Services," "Vector Flight Co.," the Vector V-tail mark, and the Site's logos and design marks are trademarks and service marks of Vector, whether or not marked with ™ or ®. You may not use them without Vector's prior written permission, and you may not use any mark, name, or design confusingly similar to them. All other product and company names mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aviation weather, NOTAM, airspace, database-currency, maintenance, risk-scoring, tax, and international-filing information on the Site is provided for planning and convenience only, is not guaranteed accurate or current, and is not a substitute for official sources, an approved weather briefing, complete regulatory review, or the judgment and legal responsibility of the pilot in command. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector disclaims all liability for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Because unauthorized copying of the Site or its media, or unauthorized access to its private areas, would cause Vector and the individuals depicted irreparable harm not adequately remedied by money, Vector is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to damages, costs, and attorneys' fees to the extent available by law or statute. Vector's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
